Return/Refund Policy
Initial Retainer
The initial retainer is fully refundable, less the cost of any products and/or services that have
been provided.
Services Provided
The Satellite Secretary guarantees your satisfaction with the work completed. If you are not
satisfied with the work, please advise us immediately upon receipt as to how you would like
your document(s) amended or changed to your complete satisfaction. Your failure to advise
us immediately of any dissatisfaction shall be deemed your acceptance that the work was
provided in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, any use by you of the documents we provide,
including but not limited to any subsequent amendments you make, shall also be deemed
your acceptance that the work was provided in a satisfactory manner. If for any reason we are
unable to satisfy you, no charges will be levied for the current work, your retainer funds, if any,
will be refunded, and your account closed.
Terms and Conditions – Payment Policy
Unless otherwise arranged, payment of our invoice is due upon receipt.
Shipping Policy
All the work and invoices The Satellite Secretary prepares will be e-mailed to the client at the
e-mail address provided by the client, unless other instructions are received from the client.
Currency of Transaction

Description of Services Provided
The Satellite Secretary transcribes all manner of dictation and prepares documents including,
but not limited to, pleadings, correspondence and accounts. We also work remotely to
provide the above-noted services on the client’s computer systems. The Satellite Secretary
does not provide legal advice and only acts upon instructions provided by the client.
