The Satellite Secretary has always been a business with an environmental
conscience. We have expanded the "green" concept of telecommuting, by
remotely providing our secretarial services to numerous law offices throughout
Southern Ontario.
We are pleased to announce that as of July 2008, we are producing more solar
power than is consumed by our day-to-day operations. We use the surplus
power to run the rest of our household.

We had originally
purchased two panels, but
they proved to be
inadequate for our needs.
We therefore purchased two
more panels, plus more
batteries, upgraded the
solar wiring and the cable
supplying the power to our
house.
We will need to add even
more panels to reach our
goal: the point whereby both
the business and household
needs can be met entirely
by solar energy. We are
committed to doing so in the
not too distant future.
