and no contracts to sign! If you've got a smartphone, you can simply send digital files to us to transcribe. Scan documents for editing and formatting.

We have experience in many different areas of law including: civil litigation, personal injury litigation, family, employment, corporate, wills and estates.



RATES



By the hour





Legal assistant rate - $45 per hour plus HST. Ask about how you can get a volume discount from 5% to 20%!

We also provide rush service and weekend work at $60 per hour plus HST.



BOOKKEEPING



Services





We provide virtual legal bookkeeping

services using PC Law and Cosmolex, as well as other legal accounting software. We're here to help!

Bookkeeping rate - $55 per hour, and up, plus HST.

MARION






My legal training started when I was quite young, 17 to be exact! First starting in small, rural law offices working in litigation and family law. After many years of gaining more and more experience, I moved into the big city (Toronto) where I made my mark! I was fortunate to work in some of the most prestigious downtown firms, specializing in corporate/commercial, civil and personal injury litigation, as well as wills and estates law.


When I met my husband and we got married, I worked freelance for several firms, which was the precursor for my eventual start-up of my virtual legal assistant business. We eventually moved up north and in 2006, I started my new business venture - The Satellite Secretary!


I was fortunate to have made so many contacts over the years who supported my early years in a niche market. My clients can take advantage of the many years of experience I have gleaned and the continued learning I participate in to keep abreast in the ever-changing legal industry.


My husband and I have been married for 33 wonderful years and are enjoying the quiet life working from home.
